1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the 777q platform following the completion of the registration process.

• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or non-withdrawable incentive currency credited to an Account pursuant to a specific promotion.

• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account and accessed the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on 777q, a Player must:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information including full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active Account on 777q. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 777q uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended and associated balances withheld pending review.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777q login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials — whether by you or any other party — is your sole responsibility. 777q will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided to 777q during registration and at any subsequent point — including during verification — is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

777q reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (SSS ID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, passport, or UMID), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 777q may result in restriction of Account functionality, including the withholding of withdrawal requests, until verification is completed.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. 777q reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule. Players will be notified via their registered contact details prior to any fee being applied. The Account and its remaining balance will not be forfeited solely by virtue of inactivity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777q accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise indicated for cryptocurrency channels. 777q reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its discretion and will endeavour to notify Players of any significant changes.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit set at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for verifying the applicable limits of their chosen payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully verified prior to withdrawal processing.
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with claimed bonuses must be fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 777q reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 per transaction.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

The official account currency on 777q is Philippine Peso (PHP). For USDT TRC20 transactions, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by 777q. 777q does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

777q offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion is expressly designated as a "no wagering" offer, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit are specified in each promotion's terms. As a general rule, live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100% unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

777q prohibits bonus abuse in all its forms. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same welcome bonus across multiple accounts, exploiting low-risk betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated software to complete bonus play, and collusion between Players to generate artificial bonus turnover. Where bonus abuse is identified, 777q reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend the Account involved.

5.4 Promotion Modification and Withdrawal

777q reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonuses already validly claimed and in progress. Players are encouraged to read the current terms of any promotion at the time of opting in rather than relying on previously recalled conditions.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on 777q — including JILI and PG Soft slots, Evolution Gaming live dealer tables, online bingo, and sportsbook markets — operate on certified systems supplied by the respective game providers. Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by independently verified random number generator (RNG) systems. Live casino outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. 777q does not control or manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or disconnection that affects the integrity of a game round, 777q reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Where a malfunction has already resulted in a payout, 777q reserves the right to reclaim any amounts paid out in error. The decision of 777q's technical team regarding the correct resolution of any malfunction is final.

6.3 Sportsbook Markets

All sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other listed events — are subject to the rules of the respective sport and 777q's sportsbook settlement rules. 777q reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or revise odds in cases of manifest error, data feed failure, event postponement, or rule change. Bets placed on suspended markets after the intended suspension time may be voided at 777q's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777q platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended immediately and any associated funds withheld:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on 777q.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting exploits, or coordinated play with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undisplayed odds for financial gain without promptly reporting them to 777q support.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial activity on 777q that is prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Transferring funds between Player accounts or accepting funds from third parties for use on the Platform.

8. Suspension & Account Closure

8.1 Suspension by 777q

777q reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, including without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, fraudulent activity is taking place, or the security of the Platform or other Players is at risk. Where funds are withheld upon suspension, 777q will conduct an investigation and communicate the outcome to the Player via their registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their 777q Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools within their Account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. 9. Limitation of Liability

• The outcome of any game or sporting event, or dissatisfaction with game results, provided the game has operated correctly on certified systems.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to read or understand these Terms and any applicable promotional terms prior to participating.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 777q's negligence to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

777q is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or daily life, we urge you to make use of the following tools available on the Platform:

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of the 777q platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication with 777q's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
